PEX Plumbing is looking for a dependable and hard-working full-time laborer to join our plumbing team in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area. As a General Laborer/Plumber’s Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our plumbing operations, and ensuring smooth project execution. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing homes for plumbing work, including surface dust protection.
- Participate in outdoor digging for water pipe replacement projects.
- Help in hanging pipes, applying insulation, and securing straps in crawlspaces.
- Perform jobsite cleanup to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist plumbers with any needs that arise.
Requirements
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
- Able to pass a drug screening test.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
- Additional skills in drywall patching and other handyman tasks are a plus.
